Roofline Protection

Total Exterior Coverage

Gutters, fascia, and soffit installed and maintained by the same team that handles your roof. One company, total exterior coverage.

Quick Answer

Why do gutters, fascia, and soffit matter to a roof?

The roof edge is where most Utah water problems start. Gutters move meltwater away from the foundation, fascia holds the edge straight, and soffit vents feed the intake air your attic needs. We install all three with the roof so the drainage, the edge, and the ventilation work as one system.

Services Breakdown

Three systems. One trusted team.

Gutters

Properly installed gutters direct water away from your foundation and roofline, preventing rot, erosion, and structural damage.

Fascia

The fascia board is your roof's first line of defense against moisture. We install and repair fascia to keep your roofline solid and looking great.

Soffit

Proper soffit ventilation is a key part of the RimeFlow™ system, ensuring air intake at the eave level for balanced attic airflow.

Why Bundle

One team. Zero finger-pointing.

Having one team handle your roof AND roofline protection means better coordination, cleaner installs, and no finger-pointing if something goes wrong. Plus, your soffit ventilation gets engineered as part of your RimeFlow™ system.

FAQ

Roofline questions.

Do I have to replace gutters when I replace my roof?

Not always, but it's almost always smart. If your existing gutters are in good shape, we can leave them. But if they're more than 10 years old, sagging, or detaching from the fascia, replacing them at the same time as your roof is dramatically cheaper than doing it later. We'll inspect them honestly during your roof estimate and tell you whether they have life left or whether bundling makes more sense.

What's the difference between fascia and soffit?

Fascia is the vertical board that runs along the edge of your roof, where the gutters attach, it's the visible trim you see when you look up at the roofline. Soffit is the horizontal board on the underside of the roof overhang. Soffit is critical because it usually contains the intake vents that feed your attic ventilation system. Damage to either component leads to water infiltration, rot, and ventilation failure.

Can you match my existing siding and trim color?

Yes. We carry a wide range of fascia and soffit materials in multiple colors and profiles, and we can match most existing trim packages. For homes with custom or older paint colors, we can also field-paint to match. We'll review samples with you before installation so there are no surprises.

How long do new gutters last?

Quality seamless aluminum gutters professionally installed last 20-30 years. Performance depends on installation quality, regular cleaning, and how well they're sized for your roof's drainage volume. Undersized gutters overflow and prematurely fail no matter how well they're installed, sizing matters as much as material, which is why we calculate flow capacity for every project.
